Dear All,
To respect the holy month of Ramadhan there will be no
live music this Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (In fact,
we’ve donated our complete sound equipment to the nearby
mosque).
Although we may look closed from the outside (closed
curtains, dimmed lights…), please don’t be discouraged
to enter. The front bar will only be closed completely
this Wednesday & Thursday but open again Friday from
20.30 until 1.30. Meanwhile, our restaurant and garden
will stay open the usual hours (9am – 1am) during the
fasting month.
What’s new?

continue our ‘Do you fit our
Monday profile?’ action with
free draft beer
for all men and women with grey
hair (every 3rd Monday of the month all day
long!).

Tuesday any time after 10 in our front bar.

the crowd with happy and often forgotten sing a long
tunes after which he’ll welcome anyone onto the barstool
for a real performance in a bar with the most laid back,
tolerant and forgiving audience in Jakarta!!
We
started these open mic nights as a bit of joke ‘a just
for fun sort of thing’ some 6 weeks ago, but they’ve
growing increasingly popular with so far Indians,
Indonesians, Belgians, Englishmen
(Oasis of course), Aussies, Dutchmen and a
very drunk Korean all taking the centre stage
(barstool) in our front bar for (what is often for them)
the performance of their lives! Come check it out ... and
join?
